We will return your message/phone call in 1-3 business days for non-urgent matters (such as nutrition questions or medication refills) and within 4 hours for all urgent matters (such as severe nausea/vomiting or urinary tract infections).

Although Dr. LaRocca strives to respond to you in the shortest amount of time.

Follow-up visits every 3 months in the office to monitor your progress, mentally and physically, repeating your body composition and labs as needed to make adjustments to your health care plan.

You will receive comprehensive care including treatment of mood changes such as depression and anxiety, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, prediabetes or diabetes, high blood pressure to name a few. 

We will also focus on everything from cancer screening to urgent care such as colds and sinus infections.

Weight loss medications are just one of the tools we can use to support your health journey. 

There are many available and depending on your medical assessment I will recommend which ones would likely work best for you.

For example, if you have high amounts of fat around your organs on the body composition evaluation and elevated liver enzymes with high blood sugar on your lab work I may recommend that we are aggressive and start treatment with an injectable medication such as Wegovy, Ozempic or Mounjaro.

We will discuss your full medical history, assess your body composition using a state of the art device (this includes your total body fat, harmful fat in the organs, muscle mass, and waist circumference), vital signs (including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygenation level), conduct a full physical exam, order labs for metabolic assessment (including thyroid studies, blood sugar levels to assess for prediabetes or diabetes, liver enzymes to assess liver function, and more as indicated)

Together we will create your individualized plan starting with your yearly goals, breaking them down into quarterly goals.

For example, 

Walk or run a 5k in 1 year.

Lose 50lbs in 1 year.

Reverse Type II Diabetes in 1 year.
