Prior to your EVC appointment, we'll gather your historical health history from your current and past providers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your health background.
During this visit, set aside an unrushed hour and 20 minutes. Expect a thorough examination, including:
- Vital signs
- Utilizing our advanced Body Composition Analysis Scale
- Conducting on-site lab tests (if directed by Dr.LaRocca)
- Engaging in an in-depth discussion with Dr. LaRocca to formulate your Personalized Health Care Plan.
Your Follow-up Appointments
After your Established Care Visit, we'll work with you to schedule your next appointment with Dr. LaRocca based on your specific health needs.
Follow-up appointment ensures continuity of care and allows us to track your progress, adjust your personalized health plan as necessary, and address any concerns or questions you may have.
